The customer understands that:

All rental plants are inspected before shipment by our company. They are delivered in perfect condition, polished and watered.

Any problems with plants/pots identified by the hirer must be communicated to us immediately with photographic evidence on receipt of the items.

 Full payment or deposit required after rental is agreed. In case of advance payment, payment is made upon delivery.

The delivery as well as the collection at the agreed place is done by our company with our own means of transport.

 Upon return of the items, our shipping team will inspect the items and communicate in writing with the supporting documents any issues found that are deemed to be in violation of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.

 While the plants are in the care of the tenants, due to a long-term lease, plant maintenance such as watering will be required. Care must also be taken when transporting, moving and placing any rented items.

 If there are damages, then the lessee will have to compensate it in full
